Precautions for Safety Production of PET Grinding Machine:
1. Familiarize yourself with the content of the manual and the function of the electrical buttons. The rotation direction of the host must comply with the arrow direction indicated on the belt cover, and reverse rotation is strictly prohibited.
2. Before starting up, the fan should be started (pay attention to the direction of rotation). After the operation is normal, the main engine should be started at normal speed before starting the feeding process.
3. When starting production, the automatic feeding machine should be turned on as long as the material can enter. Then slowly accelerate the feeding machine. The load condition of the machine is generally around 80A. As the ammeter on the control cabinet panel measures 45kw+4kw parallel, the total current rating is 90A. During normal operation, the current should swing between 65-80A.
4. Material selection requirements: The maximum particle size should not exceed 8mm, and metal, stones, etc. should not be immersed in the machine to avoid exacerbating wear and tear on the cutterhead teeth.
5. If there is any abnormal noise during operation, stop the machine immediately, open the door cover for inspection, remove the fault, adjust the cutter head clearance, and then discharge the energy to continue production.
6. Before shutting down, turn off the automatic feeder first. When the main machine is out of material, turn off the main machine or vibrating screen, and then turn off the fan.
